Minimum stay: 3 nights (not available during the main season July -August). Price per a night for a shorter stay is 5, 500 CZK.

Our cottage is ideal for families with small kids.
We request that no bicycles are brought into the cottage at anytime and kindly ask to use the barn instead.

Price list of accommodation at the cottage Svatý Jan is for the rental of the whole property and that without restriction of number of people, but with maximum of 10 people staying per a term, if not agreed with the owner otherwise. The cottage is usually rented by weekly terms (Saturday to Saturday) and their multipier.
Guests are asked to pay 50% of the total price within 3 days from the date of receipt of a
firm booking from the owner. The residual value of the total price is due no later than 20 days prior to planned check in date at the cottage. In case that your booking is made 15 days or less prior to the check in date total amount of the accommodatin must be paid. Payment details and instructions are included in a booking confirmation note which you will receive from the owner.
